Diesmal fürs Frühstück oder einen süßen Snack zwischendurch.
Mein Lieblingsbrot, Schwarzbrot, bestreiche ich oft mit Erdnussbutter – ordentlich Erdnussbutter-, träufele ein wenig Dattelsirup oder Honig darauf und belege es mit einem Spekulatius.
Süß, klebrig, nussig, knusprig zugleich, mit einer herzhaften Scheibe Brot.
Hach, was für ein Festschmaus!
Today I have a new recipe inspiration for you.
For breakfast or as a sweet snack in between.
You need very dark bread with a lot of seeds (called Schwarzbrot in German) and spicy Christmas cookies (calles Spekulatius in German).
Spread peanut butter on the Schwarzbrot, dribble with date syrup and put a Spekulatius on top.
Sweet, sticky, nutty, crunchy at the same time with a hearty layer of bread.
Oh, what a feast!
